Registration and Payment Information
On-site Registration
On-site registration will be open at Crowne Plaza Hefei Hotel on 11 October, 2:00–8:00 p.m., and at the conference venue each morning, 12–16 October. All participants may collect their badges and conference materials at the registration desk. Those who have not settled their registration fee in advance may complete payment there.
Registration Fees
The registration fee is RMB 2,800 (USD 410) for regular participants and RMB 2,100 (USD 310) for students and postdoctoral researchers. The fee includes admission to all conference sessions, a conference pack, lunches and dinners throughout the conference (excluding dinner on the conference tour day), coffee breaks, the welcome reception, the conference banquet, conference tours, and transportation between the conference venue and the conference hotel (Crowne Plaza Hefei).
For accompanying persons, the fee is RMB 1,000 (USD 150). This covers conference dinners (excluding dinner on the conference tour day), the welcome reception, the conference banquet, and conference tours.
Payment Methods
Registration fees may be paid in advance via mobile payment (Scan-to-Pay) or bank transfer, or in person at the on-site registration desk. All participants are strongly encouraged to settle their payments in advance. Please note that credit card payments for conference registration are no longer available, contrary to earlier information posted on this website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Mobile payment (Scan-to-Pay) is now the preferred payment method. On-site cash payment is strictly limited and will only be accepted when neither bank transfer nor mobile payment is feasible. In such cases, only RMB (Chinese currency) will be accepted.

The mobile payment QR codes and links must be accessed using a mobile device. Separate options are available for domestic and international payments.
Important: Participants affiliated with Chinese institutions should use the domestic payment channel. Those affiliated with foreign institutions should use the international payment channel.
