Presentations
Invited Presentations: 25 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Oral Presentations: 15 minutes for presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion.
Please upload your presentation slides to the conference Indico agenda, or email them to us at instr2026@ustc.edu.cn at least half a day before your session.
Poster Presentations: The poster board measures 1 m × 2 m, and the recommended poster size is 84 cm (W) × 118 cm (H). Please print your poster in advance at your own expense. Please put your poster up on the board assigned to you at the poster session venue (the open space outside the conference hall) before the session begins. You can find your poster ID on the conference Indico agenda, as each board is numbered accordingly. You are also strongly encouraged to upload a digital copy of your poster to the conference Indico agenda.
Proceedings
Conference proceedings will be published in Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A (NIM-A).
