4. High-speed rail from Beijing to Hefei:
There are 20 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from Beijing is at 6:22 and the latest is at 19:08. Ticket price: first-class seat ~800 CNY, second-class seat ~500 CNY.
5. High-speed rail from Shanghai to Hefei:
There are100 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from shanghai is at 6:00 and the latest is at 23:28. Ticket price: first-class seat ~350 CNY, second-class seat ~220 CNY.
6. High-speed rail from Guangzhou to Hefei:
There are 10 high-speed trains per day. The earliest departure from guangzhou is at 6:18 and the latest is at 16:17. Ticket price: first-class seat ~1000 CNY, second-class seat ~600 CNY.

From Hefei Xinqiao International Airport to Crowne Plaza Hefei Hotel
On 11th, October, some volunteers with conference sign in airport will guide participants to take the conference shuttle bus (see below for shedule). Or you can either take a taxi or a bus to get the hotels.
Conference shuttle bus schedule:
departing from airport at 12:30, 16:30, 21:00, respectively.
Taxi:
You are recommended to note down the hotel name in Chinese and show it to the taxi driver when taking a taxi. It takes approximately 50 minutes (around 80 CNY).

Take Airport Bus Line 2 to Crowne Plaza Hefei Station (“合肥皇冠假日酒店站”in Chinese). It takes approximately 50 minutes, departing every 30 minutes (ticket price 25 CNY).

2. From Hefei South Railway Station to Crowne Plaza Hefei
On 11th, October, some volunteers with conference sign in Hefei South Railway Station will guide participants to take the taxi.
Taxi:
You are recommended to note down the hotel name in Chinese and show it to the taxi driver when taking a taxi. It takes approximately 20 minutes (around 30 CNY).

Take Bus Route 156 (operating from 06:04 to 22:04) from Hefeinan North Square Station (“合肥南站北广场站”in Chinese) to Huandong Xincun Station (“环东新村站”in Chinese), it takes approximately 70 minutes (ticket price 2 CNY).

3. From Hefei Railway Station to Crowne Plaza Hefei Hotel
Taxi:
You are recommended to note down the hotel name in Chinese and show it to the taxi driver when taking a taxi. It takes approximately 25 minutes (around 35 CNY).

10月11日，会议志愿者携带会议接机牌在机场到达出口等待，指引参会者搭乘免费大巴车前往会议酒店，截止晚上21点。
大巴车发车时间：12:30, 16:30, 21:00。
打车：约耗时50分钟，80元左右。
公交：乘坐机场专线2号线，在合肥皇冠假日酒店站下车，车程约1小时。每30分钟一班，票价25元。
2、从合肥南站到合肥皇冠假日酒店
10月11日，会议志愿者携带会议接机牌在合肥南站出站层等待，指引参会者打车。
打车：约耗时20分钟，30元左右。
