Description

The Circular Electron-Positron Collider (CEPC), planned for future construction, is a high-luminosity electron-positron collider. To meet its nano-beam requirement, a beam horizontal alignment scheme based on the luminosity-driven dithering orbit feedback system has been proposed. This scheme necessitates the placement of detectors at specific locations. In this work, we have designed the detectors made of 4H-SiC and simulated the detector performance. The results indicate that the detector system meets the 2% precision requirement.
