The local organizers recommend the following hotels with discount rates:
Hefei Crowne Plaza (皇冠假日酒店, the symposium venue): 460 CNY/day (single breakfast), 520 CNY/day (double breakfast)
The Best Western Premier Hotel Hefei (贝斯特韦斯特酒店, 2 minutes walk from the symposium venue): 350 CNY/day (single breakfast), 400 CNY/day (double breakfast), for domestic guests only
Room reservation can be made on the indico page with the online registration. We recommand an early reservation, since the number of reserved rooms are limited.
Please note that Crowne Plaza Hefei Rongqiao, or Rongqiao Crowne (融侨皇冠酒店), which is located at the east of the city, is a different hotel from our conference venue Crowne Plaza (皇冠假日酒店). The latter is located at the west of the city.
The lodging expenses should be paid to the hotel directly. The hotels accept cash (CNY), and major cards, such as visa and union pay. They do not accept foreign currency. For more information about the hotels, including dinning options and amenities, please visit:

Breakfast is available from 6:00am - 10:00am from Monday to Friday and 6:00-10:30 on weekends.
Note that China operates on a 220V supply voltage and 50Hz. The associated power sockets in China are type A and type I, shown below. You’ll need a power adapter if these are different from those in your region.
The regular conference dinning are located at Crowne Plaza. Note that breakfasts are covered as part of your lodging.
