Description
The fast luminosity test for accelerator experiment is very important for the physics goal and the safety operation. The shallow carbonated LGAD designed by IHEP shows very good radiation hardness which could service from 2.5e15 neq/cm2 irradiation. Recently, the shallow carbonated IHEP-IME has been applied to the LHC ATLAS. And IHEP-LGAD is going to installed at the Belle II this year. This study will talk about the results and status of the fast luminosity detector for those experiments.
